At Express Home, we want you to love your space, so if your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Express Home account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.
- 3.Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
- 4.Drop Off or Schedule Pickup
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our support team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
